Sludge Dewatering

The double screw shaft sludge dewatering machine Swingmill® is CWT’s latest sludge dewatering product. The Swingmill® dewatering body is composed of a fixed ring and a movable ring stacked on top of each other. Two screw shafts penetrate the filter cavity formed by the movable ring. The movable ring is externally driven and guided. Under the action of, the upper end produces up and down linear movement, and the lower end produces left and right pendulum movements, which are continuously misaligned with the fixed ring to keep the filter slits unobstructed. The two spiral shafts in the cavity run side by side, turning over each other, and the sludge is pushed and squeezed by the screw shaft. Next, gradually dehydrated.
